Hi Solution on this issue is to change the groupSearchFilter in the WEB-INF/security/LDAPBindSecurityRealm.groovy file in Jenkins as described in the LDAP plugin under Configuration LDAP Plugin<https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/LDAP+Plugin>
