Hi, Here is a scenario that i am currently working with:
I have a CentOs Slave host, where puppet updates/control the directory /extra/code/developer then i run "mvn clean compile". The PERL5LIB is ALSO set by puppet, to point to /extra/code/developer Now, when i setup the slave, the name of the slave node "vm-devqa01" gets appended to the ROOT , which is /extra/code/ BUT puppet will never update there, so. Can i have the root as /extra/code and name the node "developer" ? if i DO , then i have to name ALL the slave nodes "developer" Any ideas ?
