I think there must be a way to do it via groovy script but I can't help you on that side. Depending on what checkbox you want to bind, if this is a checkbox of a build step or a publisher you can use the following plugins:
- Conditional BuildStep Plugin - Flexible Publish Plugin If those plugins answer your question you can check for the Job Generator plugin to generate cleaned job configurations without the conditional steps.
