Typically on most of my jobs, if I hover the mouse over a specific build entry, the resulting pop-up menu will include a "Console" link.
However, it seems that jobs where there is both a "Console" link to an abbreviated log and a "[raw]" output link containing the full output, the pop-up menu is missing the "Console" entry.
