I'm seeing very strange behavior. In global settings I have "Local Maven Repository" set to "Local to the executor", but when I run a maven job, I can see that it downloads some artifacts to the workspace repository (/home/jenkins/maven-repositories/7) and some artifacts went to .m2 (/home/jenkins/.m2/repository)
