Roy,

Your Jenkins slave runs as a specific user.  You'll see what user that is 
by looking at how the "Jenkins Slave" service logs on.
Does that log on have proper access to the specified view?
If not, you'll need to change how the service logs on or make sure the view 
you're using is created by the logged on user.
