We have used Jenkins to build and test SharePoint based products for several 
years.  I'm confident you can find a way to make it install and configure 
SharePoint based components.  Jenkins will provide the execution engine (run 
your PowerShell scripts) and can report test results (NUnit based and other 
formats).  Jenkins does not know anything specifically about SharePoint, but it 
can facilitate the steps and it can present the results in a nice user 
interface.
