I had to move my jenkins configuraiton to a new (windows) machine. Previously I was running the .war file via jetty 7 -- this time I installed the standard service installer.
Artifact downloads are very slow now -- 2 hours vs 5 mins. Any ideas what I should investigate to improve the speed? Is it expected that winstone would not deliver artifact files quickly? thanks ryan
