Sry, go you wrong, my mistake.. Your command should look like this: java -jar jenkins-cli.jar -s http://YOURSERVER:8080 build JOBNAME -p SVN=VALUE
While SVN would be a parameter at your job, thats how i call a job with my jenkins-cli.jar and parameters
