How to do paremeterized bbuild through mail comander plugin

Hi,

I have configured the mail commander plugin but I am unable to trigger 
parameterised build for the build.

Below is the subject that I use

build rel4.0-Patch -p TOBUILD_PATCHES=tcpproxy -p RELEASE=auto -p BUILDNUM=auto 
-p TOBUILD_PACKAGE=cae
