I have created Jira issue15593 (https://issues.jenkins-ci.org/browse/JENKINS-15593) with the whole stack. My setup is such that all builds are invoked from the master (OpenSUSE linux), so this always occurs. (The builds cannot be performed on Linux since they require the Flex CoverViewer app which is no longer supported on Linux). The slaves are definitely connected, as is verified by the log where I see the progress before the exceptions, and then the [htmlpublisher] run successfully after the PMD/DRY exception, but before the build is marked as FAILURE.
