Building C# project with msbuild

Hi all, 
I am quete new to Jenkins.
 
I have a simple C# solution with visual studio 2005, i.e. .NET 2.0
a) project executable
b) a library used
c) a unit test of the library.
 
1) My question is how do I setup Jenkins up to build the binary files?
2) How can I run the unit tests from Jenkins, they are nuit based.
