Jenkins doesn't support programming languages. Jenkins supports executing scripts that may build software. Or do anything else. So you have support for Shell scripts, Ant, Maven and so on. > > 2. What am i supposed to do if I would like to apply PHP,Python > language to CI? It depends. Applying a programming language is a very open question. What do you want to do? Assuming that you want to create a software package that eventually may be used in a production environment, I would assume that you would start a build script and execute it and later collect the resulting artifacts. > > 3. If you have a need for any type of build script that isn't supported today, you may create a patch and submit it to the Jenkins developers. The future may therefore be in your hands if you would like it to be. /Thomas > > > > > a quick reply would be highly appreciated. > > thank you very much. > > > > Sung Tae Nam -- Thomas Sundberg M.
