In Unix, you could do something like this:

$ rm -rf $JENKIN_HOME/jobs/*/workspace/*

Another possibility is:

$ cd $JENKINS_HOME/jobs
$ find .  -regex "\./[^/]+/workspace/[^/]+" -exec rm {} \;
