I don't think there is a plugin for this. We are also using many multi-configuration jobs (some with 16 builds!), and if just 1 of those builds fail, the entire job fails.
But for us, this is fine. If one of the builds fail, the whole job *should *fail. If need be, we create a single job for that individual configuration that failed, and debug it as needed, so that we don't run all 16 jobs.
