Hi! I wrote a blog [1] a while ago using some different tools with SoapUI. What it sounds like you want to understand is how to set variables in your SoapUI project from Jenkins. That is not covered specific, but I show how to set values from Maven and from JUnit. I assume that it may be enough information for you so can understand how you can inject things into SoapUI.
