The error in the log states an URL that is located in the jenkins.war and the uncompressed sub-folder war. So my guess would be: Yes it is possible to screw it. And I have had some supporting experience with CERN so I would even say it is really possible especially if you ain't managing the installation of your Jenkins ;)
