invoking jenkins job by url with credentials

Hi,

I am trying to invoke Jenkins job from browser by URL when matrix
security is enabled as below

Http://hostname:8080/job/jobname/build?token=jobname

its working fine and asking for credentials there and by giving the
credentials job is running successfully.Now i don't to enter
credentials manually.I just want to pass the credentials there itself
in the browser.

    So please tell me the way..
