Hi Samu, uhm... there are several options available without plugins - in case some should exist. Figure out how the culprits are handled. I think it'll be a variable as culprits also can be listed in email notifications. Stream it into a file, archive it as artifact. Then use the copy artifact plugin from the other project referring to the upstream project to copy it to the active build and continue from there.
For SVN simply create a build step that gathers the SVN infomation from command line and stream it to a file. Your choice if you'd like to put it into upstream/downstream jobs. Depends sometimes also on the ease of use.
