Hasn't this been an issue for a while? I can't update CVS or Subversion
via normal update process since I started using Jenkins 1.450 (my first
experience w/ Jenkins). I think it is something to do with these being
part of the Jenkins distro and having to manually "pin" it or something,
but I was never successful at getting around the concern. All I know is
that the OCD in me wants everything up to date all the time! :-)
