Nah...
As long as you just did a restart is nothing gone.
You can find all your jobs in Jenkins/jobs/[Jobname]\config.xml.
They contain your configuration for each job.

You can take a look into the Jenkins log to see why they didn't load.

And this has one good thing ;)
This little shock you  experienced might bring back to your mind how
important backups are ^^
