In general the answer is option 1.
Looking at the options you already tried, I suspect the machine name/IP you specified is actually the ALM server machine name/IP and not the PC server name/IP.
You need to specify the PC server machine name/IP. If you dont Know what is your PC server machine name/IP, you can either:
1.)login to the LAB_PROJECT and open the PC Servers module - there you will see your PC Server name/IP and some additionall details regarding it.
2.)If you dont sufficient permissions to login to the LAB_PROJECT, you can just ask you PC Sytem administrator to either tell you what is the PC Server machine name or IP, and ask him to grant you permissions to login to the LAB_PROJECT where you will be able to determine that by yourself.
