Description:

Jenkins 1.590 behind an Apache 2.2 proxy.
It appears that the rendered log (sent to the browser) are incorrectly encoded. If I look up the log file in the jobs folder, I can see the log file is correct, and looks like the following:
[exec] - 124 shuffled tests into the queue.
[exec] - Will be consumed by 8 parallel Processes.
[exec] 5 1/124 ✔
However, when it is viewed in the browser (Project X - Console Output), the same output appears like this:
[exec] - 124 shuffled tests into the queue.
[exec] - Will be consumed by 8 parallel Processes.
[exec] 5 1/124 ���
Finally, if I check the "View as plain text" it also appears correct.
