Description:

Clicking the Edit View link for a categorized view puts the browser in a Waiting... state and eventually gives a "Service Temporarily Unavailable" page.
This was working when we were running Jenkins 1.580 (categorized view version 1.5 I believe) but after upgrading to 1.607 (and categorized view version 1.8) it stopped working. The majority of our views are categorized views and at this point we can't edit any of them.
I can edit regular views without issue.
