Your issue report indicates it's build pipeline as that is referenced in the line you quote as breaking the UI. JENKINS-27537 appears to have the same cause, an incompatible code change in the plugin in the build causes.
If you could confirm you have installed Build Pipeline 1.4.6 or newer, and used an older version when the build was created, that would be a strong indication it's the cause.
