I have been out on vacation for the last week and just catching up on all the email. You are welcome to use Perforce support as they will always be available. If it is a plugin specific issue as I'm the main developer they will likely have to ask me for assistance.
I had a closer look at your forum post and the error does not look like it originates from Perforce or the plugin. Do you have a broker running or set the configurables 'minClient' and 'minClientMessage'?
If you raise a Support ticket please reference the Jenkins Issue URL and forum link to help the support team.
