It seems you didn't read the component name until the end. It's for the matrix combinations parameter plugin, and your descriptions doesn't mention anything related to it.
Are you an admin on your instance when you configured the job?
Did an admin of your instance look in Manage Jenkins ยป In-Process Script Approval for something to approve?
Any of these two approaches should work.
