I can replicate this using /refs/heads/stable where stable is the branch name I want Jenkins to build against. The /refs/heads/ part is included because that's what's suggested in the documentation, but it doesn't seem to work
. Something like */master does work though. This used to work until a few weeks ago.
Not sure if this is the same bug (or if it's simply user error) because I'm not that proficient at Git. The fact that it used to work though led me to comment on this.
