I tried clearing cookies but still get the same behaviour.
I added a logger as recommended in the comment you linked to but it does not seem to provide any hints (if my understanding is correct, that's due to the 404 – nothing is reached).
New data seems to be output only when I am loading the log page. I am attaching it to the issue too, in case someone can get more from it.
