We just updated to the latest jenkins version. We like the updates to the build history to control really long text. However it seems we are always seeing "scroll bars" now which are HUGE, but the text is not scrollable and does show up entirely. So not sure why the scroll bar is there
This may be an enhancement and not a bug.. but he fact the txt isn't scrollable is why I created a bug.

When the txt is longer it is actually wrapping.. so not sure why we have the scroll bar then?
I also may have tagged the wrong component and I am sorry if I did so.
