Actually this probably does not directly relate to "Apply" button.
I've just started to see this for one of my jobs after I've hit "Apply" button but it could be conincidence.
No matter what button I hit – "Apply" or "Save" – these 2 parameters are not updated (nor in config.xml). Other parameters are updated ok.
