[JIRA] [core] (JENKINS-26042) Highlight most recent build in Dashboard

In addition to this (tell me please if another separate ticket is needed) we could even provide a "recent builds" list to be displayed just above Build Queue (or under) for example in dashboard.

We could show the last 10 most recent builds, the reason for this is that in All view with 22 items it's difficult to spot which were build just a while ago.

Can show something like:

menu here
New item
... ... ...
Build Queue
No Builds in queue.
Most recent 10 builds Status
my_build1 <icons>
my_build2 ...
Build Executor Status
1 Idle
2 Idle
N Status
