You'll be delighted to learn that this plugin is written such that no Integrity components are needed to be installed! Hence the instructions to install are really simple. Go to the plugins page, select PTC Integrity (you know what to do next...).
Then create a job (maven project perhaps), do not select any SCM and just click 'Save'. At this point all you'd would have done is create a job with just the name filled in.
Go back to configure the job, select 'Apply'. That should reproduce the error.
P.S.: In ff and chrome I was able to get an error "undefined is not a function" which comes from menu-min.js line 7.
