Description:

For long running jobs, it would be beneficial to receive a notification when a build is started. This would provide monitoring of our continuous deployment process. Currently, notifications can only be configured as a Post-Build step.
I suggest a checkbox in the job's "Job Notification" section that sends to $DEFAULT_RECIPIENTS.
