Github SQS plugin states that Github does not provide any API support for managing hooks, but that is not true (or is no longer true), per the Github API documentation and the hook permission management in the Github interface.
API: https://developer.github.com/v3/repos/hooks/
Please add support for managing SQS hooks entirely via Github permissions + token, rather than having to store user password.
