You have two modules. Both have a URL and a local path. Please provide both for the two modules (they can be redacted enough to be recognizable, but retain the overall structure).
Try switching the module order as well. Try using Workspace Cleanup Plugin and deleting the complete workspace before a build. (In all possible combinations.)
