I don't see the email-ext configuration in either of those jobs. I checked for AbstractResultAction in the violations plugin and don't see if there. I'm not familiar with that plugin, so I don't know if it pulls in the actions somehow or not. It looks like the ${it.staticAnalysisActions} is most likely returning an empty list because there are none on the build.
