I suspect that someone changed the branch definition so that it now includes a "," character on the end of the branch name in the job definition.
If that is not the case, please provide more details about the steps you take to duplicate the problem. Refer to how to report a bug for more details on the types of information needed in the bug report.
I created a new job that ran on Windows with those versions of git plugin, git client plugin, and git, and was unable to see the problem.
