I was able to reproduce this again. It seems to occur when the build with the New Warnings identified is not the most recent build. I've attached a screenshot showing build history, then all warnings page, as well as new warnings page which incorrectly lists all warnings.
Is there state for this that is maintained within the workspace? For this project, the workspace is wiped between builds.
