Unfortunately, it doesn't help me enough. I have jobs in similar configurations (the git-plugin, for example has both a 2.2.x branch and a master branch and I cherry pick between the two branches as needed). I need enough steps to duplicate the problem on a fresh installation, preferably using a publicly accessible repository.
