Right, I thought you were referring to the tab list when viewing job lists (where it says "All" by default, and has the "+" button to create a new view).
Please file an issue that the text areas should scroll instead of break lines (what you likely won't see again is that the entire page will scroll). Use the component 'core' and add the label 'user-experience'.
