Responding to Jesse's question in IRC:
I'm not sure what you're referring to, and the comments to the issue (Shannon Kerr, thetaphi) all appear to be caused by the one known issue: PR 85 does not handle a change to the checked out folder if it's checked out as "." (which is why it's not marked resolved).
