Observing the same issue. Jenkins 1.574 on Windows; xUnit plugin 1.89.
It looks like xUnit trend graphs from old jobs (i.e. probably created before some Jenkins or xUnit plugin update) are still being updated, but for new jobs the graph is not shown.
