We have some build projects where most of the artifacts should be generally available under the general read permission of the project, but may have some other artifacts that should be available only to selected users/groups with in the ACL/security system.
I'm imagining being able to add patterns of paths in the artifact tree for a project and being able to assign a different user/group to them.
