Description:

After a Jenkins update we noticed that our jobs which trigger other jobs print out a warning
"Warning: you have no plugins providing access control for builds, so falling back to legacy behavior of permitting any downstream builds to be triggered"
And after that the job idles for about 15 minutes before it ends a the triggered job starts. ![]()
