What is the version of JAVA that is running Jenkins? If you read the wiki and other issues posted related to missing files, you will see that the mksapi.jar has an issue with Java 1.7 u40 and higher. You have two options:
1.) Manually swap out the mksapi.jar that comes with the plugin (which is from Integrity 10.3) for the mksapi.jar from Integrity 10.5 (the problem was resolved in 10.5)
2.) Downgrade your JAVA to a version < 1.7u40 (the problem is introduced in u40).
