On my side I have been using for several months. It has worked great and Jenkins is able to auto install it on slaves.
My config is:
Install automatically >
Extract *.zip >
Label = empty
Download URL = "" server with the build toolkit zip, no auth needed)
Subdirectory = jazz/buildsystem/buildtoolkit (without final /)
Where are you supplying "home"?
I haven't updated to the latest version of the plugin, in case it matters.
