Too much information is missing for this to be considered a bug report (Jenkins version, number of slaves, what you mean by 'disappearing' exactly, relevant contents of slave logs and Jenkins log, etc.), so I'm resolving this as incomplete. It's possible this is related to or the same as JENKINS-22525, if so, just provide whatever information you can there.
If you're asking for help, the mailing list or IRC would be a better place for that.
