It was working before. Then I installed the https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/Custom+Job+Icon+Plugin plugin and got similar exception. I've uninstalled the plugin and all worked fine. Since I don't create new jobs every day I don't know what exactly happened but I bet I installed another plugin that causes that error.
