The monitoring plugin has just migrated from subversion to github a few weeks ago.
So, the URL for source, in the plugin wiki page, will be updated automatically after the next release of the plugin and after some jenkins-ci infrastructure job has run.
This is planned to happen some day near end of March.
Since this is planned, this is not a defect. Thanks anyway for the feedback.
